What is being done? Our partner is applying an Oracle Payables patch to the production Oracle EBS service.
When is it being done? Preparatory work commences at 14:00 on 28th October. Service will be disrupted from 17:00 on Wednesday, 28th October 2026, for approximately 2 hours.
The service should be considered as at risk until 09:00 on Thursday, 29th October 2026.
Who will this affect? All Oracle EBS and some Business Objects users.
How will this affect users? Oracle EBS and research projects reporting in Business Objects will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours. No orders can be generated or processed during this window.
To avoid losing any work/progress, users must log out of Oracle EBS before 17:00 on Wednesday, 28th October 2026.
Why is it being done? This maintenance fixes a known issue.
