What is being done? University IT and our support partner are configuring the production Oracle EBS service, and this will involve an interruption to service.
When is it being done? - Monday 28 April between 16:00 and 18:00 hours, and - Tuesday 29 April between 17:00 and 18:00 hours.
Who will this affect? All Oracle EBS and some Business Objects users.
How will this affect users? Oracle EBS and research projects reporting in Business Objects will be unavailable during the stated periods. No orders can be generated or processed during this window.
Please log out of Oracle EBS before 16:00 on 28 April and 17:00 on 29 April.
Why is it being done? This work is essential to perform a security update and allow Oracle EBS to interface with the new Worktribe system. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
