What is being done? Our suppliers are applying an upgrade to the Converis (Research Portal) system.
When is it being done? Wednesday 29th July 2026.
Who will this affect? All users of Converis (Research Portal).
How will this affect service users? The Converis (Research Portal) system will be unavailable from 08:00 on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 and will remain unavailable for the rest of the day. We expect the system to be available again by 09:00 on Thursday, 30 July 2026.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused while this essential upgrade takes place.

Why is it being done? This essential maintenance will ensure the system remains within vendor support and benefits from recent security patches, fixes, and system enhancements.
