Microsoft have announced that some users may experience an issue where they are unable to join a call or a meeting when using the Microsoft Teams application on a Mac.

It is not currently clear whether Cardiff University is impacted by this, nor whether the issue occurs continuously or intermittently.
Microsoft are continuing to investigate, and will provide further updates in due course.

In the meantime, if anybody is impacted by this issue then as a workaround Microsoft Teams can be accessed through most modern web browsers and includes the functionality to participate in calls and meetings.
