Copilot Chat - Issues with responses after uploading a file

We have been notified by Microsoft that they have identified an issue with responses from Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat after they upload a file.

Affected users may encounter an error message stating "Oops! Something happened. Can you try again?", or may experience low-quality or inaccurate responses.

Microsoft are implementing changes to their infrastructure in an attempt to remediate this issue.
