Microsoft has implemented a fix and we are monitoring the service.

Investigating

We are aware that Common Area and Refuge phones are temporarily offline. Engineers are working on a solution.
The symptoms are that there is no dial tone and a triangle has appeared at the top left of the phone's screen.

I will update this page when I have further information.
