SIMS Online

What is being done?
Implementation of Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to SIMS Online, which will also necessitate a change to the SIMS Online login screen.

When is it being done?
Tuesday, 26 August 2025, 08:00 – 09:00.

Who will this affect?
All users of SIMS Online. Note that the SIMS Client is unaffected.

How will this affect users of the service?
SIMS Online will be unavailable during the stated period.

Why is it being done?
In order to implement MFA as part of the Cyber Security Programme, recently advertised in Staff Blas.
