What is being done?
We are updating the software on the Papercut servers which underpin the myPrint and Staff Print printing services. This will involve a scheduled temporary period during which the services may be interrupted, in order to apply a software patch.

When is this being done?
Monday 22 September between 17:00 and 20:00 hours.

Who will be affected?
Staff and student users of myPrint and Staff Print may be affected during this time.

How will this affect users of the service?
During this time there may be small periods where printing may stop or may not be available for staff and students using myPrint and Staff Print.

Why is this being done?
To update the myPrint and Staff Print services with the latest resilience and security features.
