We are migrating the Library Chat and Remote Support (Bomgar) service to new technology infrastructure.

When is this being done?
Between 07:00 and 09:30 (morning) on Thursday 24 September.

Who will be affected?
All Library Chat and Remote Support service users.

How will this affect users of the service?
The service will be unavailable during the above period. Service users should not attempt to access Library Chat/Remote Support (Bomgar) during this time.

Why is this being done?
This is part of our ongoing IT infrastructure improvement programme.
