All users who need to create or edit Xerte Learning Objects.

How will this affect users?
Users will be unable to create or edit Xerte Learning Objects during the stated period.
Note: This should not affect any objects already uploaded and accessed via Learning Central.

Why is it being done?
To ensure we are on the latest supported version.
