Intranet and Public Website (Squiz)
What is being done? Our support partner, Squiz, is performing essential maintenance on a database component of our production service.
When is it being done? Between 00:00 and 05:00, Thursday 14th October 2021.
Who will this affect? All users.
How will this affect users? For a period of between 2 and 30 minutes during the maintenance window users will be unable to log in to the intranet, editors will not be able to apply any changes and form submissions will not complete. It is anticipated the duration of the disruption will be at the lower end of the scale specified.
Why is it being done? This is essential maintenance to our service to ensure the service is performing optimally.
