Oracle EBS – emergency maintenance
What is being done? Finance, University IT and our support partner are performing emergency maintenance on the production Oracle EBS service.
When is it being done? Starting 18:00, Thursday, 28th March 2024.
Who will this affect? All Oracle EBS and some Business Objects users.
How will this affect users? Oracle EBS will be unavailable from 18:00, Thursday, 28th March 2024 (today). No orders can be generated or processed until service is restored.
If testing is successful our supplier aims to restore service late this evening.
Please note: If any significant issues arise, our supplier may not be able to restore service until Tuesday, 2nd April.
Please log out of Oracle EBS before 18:00 today (Thursday, 28th March 2024).
Why is it being done? This emergency maintenance is to resolve an issue with Oracle EBS’s file systems.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the short notice.
