University IT are aware of a network connectivity issue this morning (approx. 11:30am). The problem impacted users of the Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, or services that depend on the VPN to work (e.g. Netcall)
The cause of this issue had been identified and service has now been fully restored.
We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
